About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and define a company-wide information security strategy and corresponding policies
- Coordinate, manage, and continuously enhance the company-wide ISMS
- Coordinate and further develop the ISMS
- Conduct risk analyses
- Develop and implement recommendations for action and countermeasures
- Design and deliver company-wide security measures and training
- Apply the ISMS across a total of 12 subsidiaries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree (Master’s preferred) in computer science, business informatics, IT security, information technology, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in information security and/or ISMS
- Relevant knowledge of the regulatory environment, including KRITIS and ISO 27001
- Fluent German, including business-level negotiation proficiency
