About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, develop, and continuously optimize the ISMS
Conduct and follow up on risk analyses and derive appropriate measures
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal information security requirements (ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2, etc.)
Prepare for and support internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and authorities
Create and maintain information security policies, processes, and documentation
Assess new regulatory requirements and support their implementation
Follow up on security incidents and business interruptions, and support risk mitigation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in information security and in establishing and operating an ISMS
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 27001, BSI, TISAX, NIS2)
Independent and proactive working style, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
Very good command of German and English
Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM, or CISSP are an advantage
