About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take on high-impact projects and see them through to production
- Build features end-to-end, from data model to UI, and own them after launch
- Make architecture, scope, and tradeoff decisions independently
- Work closely with customers, design, and product to determine what to build
- Contribute to code quality, system design, and operational reliability
- Design data models, build APIs, ship UIs, roll out solutions, and talk to customers as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to operate independently and deliver in a modern engineering environment, usually mapping to a strong senior level or above
- Experience building and operating real production systems
- Comfort moving across the stack and knowing when to go deep
- Clear communication, especially in writing
- Effective use of AI tools
- Experience in identity, security, distributed systems, or large-scale data systems (potential additional qualification)
- Experience at a fast-growing startup (potential additional qualification)
- Experience building products or platforms for other developers (potential additional qualification)
