About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and reusable APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Translate integration requirements into technical designs with business analysts and solution architects
Implement API-led connectivity strategies
Build and deploy integrations between SAP S/4HANA and mission-critical legacy client systems
Develop and execute unit tests and support integration and user acceptance testing
Manage API policies, security, and lifecycle using MuleSoft API Manager
Troubleshoot and resolve MuleSoft API and integration issues during development and production
Create and maintain technical documentation for development and deployment activities
Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to junior developers
Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information according to security policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience; or no degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing integrations with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services, RAML or OpenAPI Specification (OAS), and common integration patterns
Ability to work effectively with enterprise architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
U.S. citizenship required
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance
Nice to have: MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
Nice to have: Experience integrating with SAP, including SAP S/4HANA
Nice to have: DoD or U.S. Navy ERP implementation experience
Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments
Nice to have: Active Secret clearance
