Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead business intelligence initiatives, including the design and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
  • Transform business data into meaningful insights to support decision-making
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accurate interpretation
  • Serve as a resource for business units and support them in understanding and using data related to their operations
  • Collaborate with team members to enrich, structure, and improve the reliability of data required to meet business needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business intelligence practices and to various innovation projects
  • Participate in the team’s Scrum activities and contribute to innovation projects within the sector

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (business intelligence, analytics, statistics, business administration, computer science, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
  • Significant experience developing and delivering visualization and reporting solutions
  • Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Good understanding of data environments, integration concepts, and data quality
  • Asset: Knowledge of Python, automation tools, or cloud analytics platforms
  • Ability to explain concepts and analytical findings clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Collaborative, consultative, and results-oriented approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
  • Excellent communication skills in French and functional proficiency in English
