Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to CAA-Quebec’s digital transformation
Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and the delivery of strategic projects
Design solutions and evolve architectures
Plan the transitions required to implement new business and technology capabilities
Collaborate with business lines, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and innovative solutions
Create and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides
Act as a technical leader for development and integration teams
Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices
Collaborate with business intelligence, security, regulatory compliance, and solution continuity teams
Propose innovative solutions to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
Participate in technology monitoring and innovation initiatives
Analyze and resolve complex solution-related issues
Assess options available on the market and participate in solution selection decisions
Contribute to license management and cost optimization for recommended solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Salesforce Solution Architecture Advisor
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
Experience designing and evolving solution architectures
Experience planning transitions for the implementation of business and technology capabilities
Ability to create and maintain architecture documentation, architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides
Ability to act as a technical leader for development and integration teams
Knowledge of industry best practices and Salesforce solutions
Ability to analyze and resolve complex solution-related issues
Ability to assess solution options based on business needs
Knowledge of license management and cost optimization
Experience collaborating with business intelligence, security, regulatory compliance, and solution continuity teams

Full-time position, 35 hours per week
Hybrid work arrangement, including 2 days working on-site at our Quebec City or Montreal offices
