About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the commercial animation of the websites in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands
  • Implement the commercial animation plan in line with the marketing calendar, key commercial periods, and the specific characteristics of each market
  • Coordinate onsite product launches and ensure their visibility across the various areas of the website
  • Manage e-merchandising based on key commercial periods, product news, and local trends
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop visual assets and optimize product pages
  • Create, update, and optimize product pages, collections, and navigation pages
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of product content, including visuals, descriptions, attributes, SEO, and GEO
  • Track sales, promotion, and product launch KPIs
  • Analyze website performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports covering results, learnings, and areas for improvement
  • Turn data into actionable recommendations to optimize onsite performance
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of A/B tests
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of landing pages and the onsite experience
  • Ensure the website operates properly and coordinate incident resolution
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and propose new features, trends, and optimizations
  • Work daily with the Marketing, CRM, Growth, Creative, Product, Supply, and Retail teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the DE/AT/NL e-commerce markets and their key commercial periods
  • Proficiency in Shopify, particularly Shopify Plus
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of onsite performance levers, the customer journey, and business priorities
  • Fluent English and German
  • Comfortable working with numbers and able to turn data into action plans
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment with numerous stakeholders and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and adapt quickly
  • Willingness to work cross-functionally with the CRM, Communications, Growth, Creative, Marketing, Supply, and Retail teams
