About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the network of 55 CABAIA stores across France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands
Ensure the network’s financial, operational, and people performance
Lead the 7-person Retail headquarters team
Lead the field teams, comprising 260 employees
Manage the P&Ls and key ratios for each store
Monitor performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
Sustainably improve the contribution of the French store network
Establish a culture of relevant weekly testing
Accelerate profitable learnings across Europe
Empower store teams to own their processes
Ensure consistent communication across distribution channels
Oversee store openings and closures

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in a retail leadership role
Approximately 15 years of experience in retail
Experience managing a network of at least 50 stores
Proven experience managing teams and operations internationally
Strong expertise in overseeing multiple high-volume stores
Proficiency in interpreting and managing P&Ls
Experience tracking hourly productivity
Experience managing managers
An interest in data and AI
Ability to drive the financial, operational, and people performance of a large retail network
