About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage client relationships as the key point of contact during renewal cycles
  • Conduct and support stewardship meetings, client meetings, renewals, and strategic insurance reviews
  • Coordinate coverage lines outside of P&C to deliver best-in-class service
  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for insurance program execution and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on daily service activities
  • Coordinate and lead placement of transaction-related insurance products, including Property & Casualty
  • Gather underwriting submissions, negotiate terms, and drive competitive placement strategies
  • Partner with M&A advisors and underwriters to meet deal timelines
  • Deliver commercial coverage analysis and recommendations
  • Support sponsor research, pitch creation, new business presentations, and sales strategies
  • Maintain the database of existing sponsor and portfolio company clients
  • Research and prepare ideas for sponsor relationships with Producers/Advisors
  • Support Epic and Resource Pro efforts to improve client and prospect data accuracy and streamline processes
  • Support analytical teams in producing relevant and accurate client and prospect reports
  • Maintain relationships with domestic and international insurance markets
  • Monitor underwriting appetite, capacity trends, and pricing developments
  • Represent the firm at industry events and private equity forums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • State specific P&C license is required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial P&C insurance coverage lines
  • 7-15 years of relevant work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Strong multitasking & time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong policy review capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
  • Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
