  • Support the placement and management of tax insurance policies for corporate clients, private equity firms, and professional advisors involved in complex transactions
  • Work closely with brokers, underwriters, tax advisors, and clients to analyze tax exposures and support policy negotiation and placement
  • Attend prospective and existing client calls, take notes, and track follow-up items
  • Maintain and update the tax insurance pipeline in Monday.com
  • Manage master files and supporting documentation for tax insurance placements
  • Assist with educating producers on tax insurance products through introductory calls and research
  • Review submission materials and provide preliminary comments and feedback
  • Conduct tax and transaction-related research
  • Draft follow-up diligence questions based on initial submissions
  • Prepare submission packages for insurance markets
  • Track NBILs and prepare summary comparisons
  • Draft internal and client-facing NBIL summaries with recommendations on market participation and structure
  • Assist with drafting and marking up tax insurance policy language
  • Draft correspondence to clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with CAC’s Legal team on surplus lines and regulatory considerations
  • Assist with tax insurance articles, thought leadership pieces, and client alerts
  • Support Tax Practice marketing materials and presentations
  • Provide day-to-day operational and analytical support, including calls, meetings, and transaction support
  • Contribute to improving team processes, organization, and efficiency
