About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide production support for incidents and system changes related to acquisitions and financial assistance
- Support PRISM acquisitions users during the document creation process
- Troubleshoot PRISM financial interface errors
- Troubleshoot PRISM validation errors
- Analyze and recommend system solutions for common data errors
- Run and deliver FBMS reports
- Support FBMS requisitioners through the PR process and approval process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Unison’s PRISM products
- General knowledge of federal government contracting
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- SAP Materials Management and Unison PRISM integration would be ideal
- Public Sector SAP experience preferred
- PRISM configuration
- PRISM Financial Assistance document creation and financial assistance outside systems integration knowledge
- Prior experience delivering systems training
- Up to 10% travel required
