About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models to support customer requirements
- Support data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization
- Develop software and machine learning solutions using Python and industry-standard AI/ML frameworks
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive, analytical, and computer vision solutions
- Support implementation and deployment of AI/ML capabilities within Palantir Foundry, AIM, and DoW GenAI environments
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, program managers, and customer stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
- Document technical approaches, model performance, and development activities
- Present technical findings and recommendations to project teams and customers
- Follow customer cybersecurity, configuration management, NMCI, and NNPI requirements
- Comply with customer-site engineering, safety, and PPE requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Super Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- 6+ months of professional experience supporting AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or analytics projects
- Experience developing machine learning models using Python
- Experience with Palantir Foundry
- Experience with AIM
- Experience working within NMCI environments
- Familiarity with NNPI requirements and secure government environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Compliance with customer security, cybersecurity, configuration management, NMCI, and NNPI requirements
- Compliance with customer-site engineering, safety, and PPE requirements
