About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review user stories, functional requirements, interface specifications, and business processes to identify test scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and integration testing requirements
Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test scripts for CCARS functionality, SAP integrations, document workflows, interfaces, and related business processes
Validate CCARS content capture, document processing, indexing, metadata, routing, workflow, retrieval, permissions, and records management functionality
Verify inbound and outbound document and data exchanges between SAP and CCARS, including mappings, status updates, error handling, reconciliation, and end-to-end traceability
Validate workflows spanning CCARS and SAP, including submission, routing, approvals, status changes, notifications, and downstream processing
Verify user roles, access controls, document permissions, and security-related functionality
Document defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence; track issues through resolution
Collaborate with developers, SAP functional teams, business analysts, product owners, integration teams, and external stakeholders
Create and maintain test cases, test data sets, interface validation evidence, workflow results, and traceability matrices
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Identify opportunities to improve integration testing, test coverage, traceability, and quality assurance practices
Support USTRANSCOM's Joint Transportation Management System, a mission-critical platform modernizing transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA ERP integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Secret security clearance required to start; active Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of manual software testing experience involving large-scale ERP, enterprise business, or integrated information systems
Proven hands-on testing experience with CCARS or a comparable enterprise content, capture, document, records, or workflow management platform integrated with SAP
Up to 10% travel required
Experience testing document, content, metadata, workflow, records, capture, or enterprise content management systems integrated with SAP
Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
Experience with SAFe Agile practices and ceremonies
Ability to test user roles, access controls, document permissions, and security-related functionality
Ability to create test cases, test scripts, test data sets, interface validation evidence, test results, and traceability matrices
