About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site project and earned value management support and coordination
- Assist with development of the program's cost and schedule baseline
- Review and report performance updates from Control Account Managers
- Support senior EV Analysts briefing Government personnel on EVM and schedule performance
- Monitor Baseline Change Requests, Schedule Management, and Variance Analysis procedures
- Coordinate process improvements with program control teams
- Develop program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, baseline control, EVMS, financial controls, subcontract cost integration, and IPMDAR compilation and analysis
- Develop the cost and schedule baseline for formal Integrated Baseline Reviews with the Government
- Transfer data from the Integrated Master Schedule to the Earned Value system and validate accuracy
- Develop and maintain EV artifacts and program documentation for customer and CACI leadership deliverables and DoD surveillance audits
- Analyze historical program performance and monitor forecasted completion data
- Interface directly with customer's on-site personnel
- Support recommendations to CACI executives, Program Managers, and Control Account Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Established and productive professional individual contributor
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Basic knowledge of Earned Value definitions and calculations
- Ability to analyze and determine resolutions for challenging, typically non-complex problems/questions
- Compliance with internal procedures and government cost/schedule reporting regulations
- Ability to perform non-routine analysis and prepare non-routine performance reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or a discipline fostering problem solving, structured analysis, and creativity
- Experience with Program Control software such as Deltek COBRA, EMPOWER, SSI Tools, or Microsoft Project (desired)
- Familiarity with DoD contracting environment (desired)
- Experience with corporate finance procedures (desired)
- Experience formulating forecast models using historical information (desired)
