About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and manage an M365 GCC tenant
- Provide operational support and service delivery for customer/developer requests
- Troubleshoot complex incidents
- Collaborate with architects, network engineers, and security specialists to test and deploy Power Platform updates
- Provide end-to-end service support for OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and Copilot
- Manage, govern, and secure Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Manage Power Platform environment life cycles
- Manage Power BI environments and workspaces
- Participate in service delivery initiatives to improve managed-services availability, security, and performance
- Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with infrastructure teams
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and runbooks
- Communicate operational status, deliverable progress, impending changes, and agreed outages to the customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience or 15 years’ experience
- 5 or more years of relevant experience supporting SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online and Power Platform
- Hands-on experience managing Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong communication skills
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in architecture and designing solutions with Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of M365 Collaboration services
- Hands-on experience with M365 PowerShell and automation
- MS Certification and Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate are desired
