About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage “End of Month” (EOM) and other cyclical source data load processes
- Manage creation and update of EOM task lists
- Monitor and report EOM activity status to the ID&C team
- Update SOPs and related source load documentation
- Coordinate changes to Financial Management Systems extracts with the FMS team
- Coordinate sandbox management items, including database refreshes and software build and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate access and account management activity across the ID&C team
- Coordinate ID&C activity with FMBT, VA, O&M, SI, iTOS, FMS, and other technical teams
- Provide analysis of legacy FMS source data
- Maintain and update technical SOP documentation
- Support operational activity in development and test environments
- Assist Configuration Management leads with coordination of CM on ID&C
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Project Coordination experience
- Experience working within a Testing environment
- Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None
- Regular employee
- Ability to support technical activity across the VA FMBT ID&C team
