About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support requirements gathering for new EPM user needs
Translate requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and user stories
Provide configuration support for dimensions, forms, calculation rules, and workflows
Support EDM implementation and metadata governance
Support testing and validation
Collaborate with agency technical leads, the DBA team, and Oracle Support on infrastructure-level issues
Support a high-profile Oracle EBS R12 Department of War multi-customer solution
Support business operations for Department of War civilian agencies and military services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience implementing Oracle solutions
Hands-on EPM cloud experience
Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Must be a U.S. citizen
Able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
Desired: Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Essbase concepts, dimension design, and data mapping
Desired: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including tenancy and OAM/OID configuration
Desired: Experience supporting DoW financial programs, DLA, or similar defense agencies
Desired: Familiarity with PPBE budget cycles, fund accounting, and NGRMS reporting
Desired: Experience with Fusion SaaS integration
Desired: Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
