About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support program planning, integration, and execution of all TARS-related functions while ensuring contract compliance and mission alignment
- Provide senior-level programmatic and analytical support and data-driven recommendations to government leadership
- Coordinate financial tracking, procurement analysis, and business case assessments
- Prepare reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and acquisition teams
- Identify program risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and interagency engagements
- Ensure timely submission and quality assurance of contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, Financial Reports, and Ad Hoc Briefings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience
- Demonstrated experience with logistics, engineering, financial management, or procurement oversight
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of government acquisition and program management principles
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Positive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by the program
- Master’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related discipline (desired)
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired)
