About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Agile team facilitator supporting 1–2 teams within a scaled agile environment
Coach and lead agile teams within a team of teams
Facilitate PI Planning, team breakouts, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, backlog refinement, and other team ceremonies
Perform capacity and flow planning for iterations, increments, planning intervals, and continuous delivery queues
Support product roadmaps and team-level delivery plans with the product owner and/or tech lead
Support the release train engineer in aligning resources to features and surfacing staffing constraints
Track and facilitate removal of impediments and ensure cross-team coordination
Collaborate with other scrum masters to manage dependencies and consistency across teams
Support the release process
Maintain team metrics, progress updates, documentation indices, and program reporting
Support ticket intake prioritization
Ensure the team meets story-level definitions of ready and done
Coach the team toward continuous improvement and high performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five years of related experience
Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, scrum.org, SAFe or PMI is acceptable)
Minimum of three years’ experience leading a Scrum team
Experience using Atlassian tool suite (Jira and Confluence)
Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Word and PowerPoint)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
Experience writing JQL
Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel and/or Visio)
Experience working in Serena tool suite (SBM, Dimension CM, Dimension RM, ALM)
Experience developing dashboards in PowerBI and/or eazyBI
Exposure to or experience working in a waterfall project or program
Experience with test automation techniques and tools
Experience with continuous deployment models
Prior Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP experience supporting Federal Financial Management programs
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, information exchanges, data warehouse
