About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Agile team facilitator supporting 1–2 teams within a scaled agile environment
Coach and lead agile teams within a team of teams
Facilitate team breakouts to plan work and create PI Objectives during PI Planning
Perform capacity and flow planning for iterations, increments, and continuous delivery queues
Support product roadmaps and team-level delivery plans with the product owner and/or tech lead
Support the release train engineer in aligning resources to features and surfacing staffing constraints
Facilitate team ceremonies
Lead iteration planning and retrospectives
Support backlog refinement and iteration reviews
Track and facilitate removal of impediments and cross-team coordination
Collaborate with other scrum masters to manage dependencies and consistency across teams
Support the release process
Maintain relevant metrics and identify improvement areas
Support ticket intake prioritization
Ensure stories meet the definition of ready and done
Maintain the team page with metrics, progress updates, and documentation links
Support program reporting requirements
Coach the team toward continuous improvement and high performance
Interface with client personnel and stakeholders, including customer Product Owners
Coordinate with technical, functional, infrastructure, development, and configuration change management resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five years of related experience
Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, scrum.org, SAFe or PMI is acceptable)
Minimum of three years’ experience leading a Scrum team
Experience using Atlassian tool suite (Jira and Confluence)
Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Word and PowerPoint)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
Experience writing JQL
Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel and/or Visio)
Experience working in Serena tool suite (SBM, Dimension CM, Dimension RM, ALM)
Experience developing dashboard in PowerBI and/or eazyBI
Exposure to or experience working in a waterfall project or program
Experience with test automation techniques and tools
Experience with continuous deployment models
Prior Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP experience supporting Federal Financial Management programs
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, information exchanges, data warehouse
