About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic capture and proposal efforts
- Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration
- Translate customer requirements into executable technical architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and proposal content
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management
- Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators that improve competitive positioning
- Support classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency
- Represent CACI's EW capabilities through customer engagements, technical briefings, white papers, demonstrations, and strategy sessions
- Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews and technical solution assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated success leading technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposal efforts ($100M+ TCV preferred)
- Experience developing solutions involving EW, Cyber, Systems or Mission Engineering, C5ISR, Platform Integration, AI/ML, or Hardware/Software Integration
- Ability to translate customer requirements (PWS, SOO, CONOPS, etc.) into compelling technical solutions
- Experience authoring or leading technical proposal volumes for large Federal acquisitions
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Experience supporting Army, USSOCOM, Air Force, Navy, DARPA, DIU, or other defense organizations
- Knowledge of RF systems, EMSO, SIGINT, C-UxS, or mission systems integration
- Familiarity with MBSE, Agile/DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA/SOSA)
- Experience with GSA FEDSIM/AAS or other major DoD acquisition organizations
