Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply interdisciplinary engineering skills in technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, risk and supportability, and effectiveness analyses
  • Work within a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning communications, cyber, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, and other specialized engineering domains
  • Decompose system-allocated requirements into lower-level requirements for development assignment
  • Develop requirements verification test matrices
  • Support design, manufacturing, development, and test phases of a mission-critical DoD capability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years directly in systems engineering
  • Minimum TS/SCI clearance required to start
  • Expertise with architecture, design, development, integration, and test phases of systems engineering
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Expertise creating and reviewing contract deliverable documentation, including technical documentation
  • Up to 10% travel required
  • Desired: experience developing and testing RF-based systems
  • Desired: experience with MBSE tools
  • Desired: experience creating customer documentation
  • Desired: experience communicating with executive leadership
  • Desired: interest in mentoring/coaching junior systems engineers
