Implement full-stack features with clear requirements and minimal day-to-day guidance
Break down medium-sized tasks into implementable steps
Drive assigned features through code review, testing, and deployment
Identify and raise potential issues or edge cases
Develop clean, maintainable, production-ready code
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Debug and fix software issues

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to clarify requirements
Communicate progress, blockers, and technical challenges
Document work for maintainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience developing, testing, and deploying software in a professional environment
Solid skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with version control (Git), code reviews, and Agile/Scrum teams
Experience building or working with RESTful APIs and web applications
Experience utilizing technologies such as React and FastAPI
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate technical concepts clearly
Up to 10% travel required
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment, Spring Boot, React or similar frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, microservices, and automated testing are desired
