About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex projects focused on hybrid cloud infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and data integration
- Oversee cross-functional teams delivering secure, interoperable, and scalable solutions
- Drive adoption of Zero Trust security principles
- Manage initiatives integrating and visualizing data from multiple systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and security professionals
- Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, and operations teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Manage technical deliverables for Zero Trust architecture, identity and access management, secure cloud migrations, and security data visualization
- Oversee data integration and visualization initiatives
- Identify dependencies and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks
- Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies and facilitate sprint ceremonies
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and performance metrics
- Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience managing technical or infrastructure-focused projects, including hybrid cloud deployments
- Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity or Zero Trust architecture initiatives
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid integration models
- Experience managing projects involving data integration, analytics, or visualization tools such as Splunk, ACAS, or Cribl
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, hybrid network architecture, and identity management
- Organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- TS/SCI clearance required to start
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification desired
- Experience with government, defense, or highly regulated environments desired
- Working knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, ICAM, and cloud security controls desired
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and DevSecOps concepts desired
