About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support installation, operations, and maintenance activities across the Counter-RCMA mission
- Support daily system operations, testing, and performance validation to ensure mission readiness
- Work across CONUS and limited OCONUS locations, providing direct support to operational systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional and high-performing technical teams
- Support the full lifecycle of government-furnished equipment, from installation and integration through sustainment and troubleshooting
- Travel to customer sites for preventative maintenance, hands-on troubleshooting, and corrective actions
- Contribute expertise while supporting and learning from teammates
- Foster knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of related experience
- Minimum Secret clearance required to start
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and with team members
- Ability to operate RF equipment and electronic troubleshooting equipment
- Experience with spectrum analyzers and signal generators
- Experience and understanding of radar systems, preferably RPS systems
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Climb certification or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ft.
- Understanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time when needed
- FAA Part 107 certification desired
- Linux experience desired
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset tracking desired
- Radar and RF signals background desired
- Atlassian JIRA/Confluence experience desired
