About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish an automated framework for project integration, patch releases, and architectural design
Create, deliver, and maintain overall test plans and test scenarios
Execute unit/component, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts, reusable components, test data, locators, and regression suites
Conduct component integration testing, including performance and throughput benchmarking, fault tolerance, interface compliance, and functional completeness
Support production break/fix and enhancement efforts through requirements review, test formulation, scenario preparation, execution, and summary preparation
Document and analyze test results, produce status reports, and assist with defect management
Perform requirements analysis and create test plans, test cases, and test reports
Assist with technical artifacts including Requirements Traceability Matrix, Use Cases, User Interface Specifications, and migration plans
Estimate testing efforts and provide input to project master schedules
Collect and report testing results to architecture teams and stakeholders
Monitor, retest, document, and track defects and change requests; participate in the CCB process
Run performance benchmarks, conduct performance tuning, and build capacity planning models
Identify testing and work-product improvements
Provide informal demonstrations to staff and customers
Provide data re-processing testing and validation metrics
Drive and implement automation process improvements
Travel when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
12+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and/or Microsoft Intune
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Package tests into suites for smoke/regression test execution
Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge
Experience testing in multiple ITSM modules
Manual ServiceNow testing
Experience setting up test environments, executing test cases, and tracking defects
Working experience with component, application, integration, and performance testing procedures and criteria
Working experience in defining acceptance criteria and coordinating and executing acceptance testing
Working experience in requirements traceability
Working experience with creating and executing test plans and procedures and documenting expected and actual results
Must be willing to travel when required
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
