About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator platform across development, test, and production environments
  • Manage user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions
  • Configure and support SSO/LDAP integrations and identity provider workflows
  • Oversee UiPath license management for Attended/Unattended Robots, Orchestrator, and Studio
  • Manage robot configurations, machine templates, credential stores, and connectivity across multi-tenant environments
  • Monitor platform health, performance, logs, utilization, and job failures; diagnose incidents and coordinate resolution
  • Support integrations with SAP systems and other API/cloud data sources
  • Maintain connectors, service accounts, credentials, and SAP-related access mechanisms
  • Develop and enforce governance standards for automation lifecycle management, documentation, security, and version control
  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on security, audit, backup, recovery, and continuity requirements
  • Support migration of automation assets and packages across environments
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for automation incidents and coordinate with UiPath and SAP Support
  • Provide end-user training and support for automation publishing, scheduling, execution, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams on backlog refinement, sprint planning, releases, and platform improvements
  • Analyze automation performance issues and recommend scalability, reliability, monitoring, and orchestration enhancements
  • Support data quality, auditability, and compliance for automated workflows and intelligent automation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in application administration, RPA platform support, or intelligent automation system administration
  • Hands-on experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and supporting UiPath Studio users in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator configuration and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of user/security administration
  • Strong knowledge of robot scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of performance and job execution issue resolution
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP
  • Experience supporting integrations with SAP data sources and enterprise automation workflows
  • Familiarity with Okta, Active Directory, and SSO/LDAP
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of federal IT security standards and ability to work in classified or controlled environments
  • Experience in DoD, federal, or highly regulated environments
  • UiPath certifications are desired
  • Experience with UiPath Integration Service for SAP, SAP GUI automation, SAP Fiori automation, and SAP BAPI/RFC integration is desired
  • Experience implementing Okta SSO with UiPath Orchestrator is desired
  • Background supporting RPA automation in finance, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or SAP ERP environments is desired
  • Familiarity with cloud or hybrid UiPath deployments, including UiPath Automation Cloud, is desired
  • Experience with monitoring and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow and Splunk is desired
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as SAFe is desired
  • Experience using UiPath Insights is desired
