About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct Virtual Design & Construction reviews of construction documentation for architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical elements
  • Integrate all disciplines into a unified 3D parametric model
  • Create structural and/or mechanical 3D models for coordination and review
  • Create virtual RFI client reports outlining issues and actionable constructability feedback
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and deliver live insights and reports to customers and construction personnel
  • Manage updates to 3D models throughout design and construction, ensuring accuracy and version control
  • Generate construction detailing packages linked to the Digital Twin model
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, model accuracy and project outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge and experienced skillset in at least one CAD software: Revit, CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or other parametric CAD software
  • Strong communicator who values clarity and collaboration
  • Supportive team player with a proactive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in execution
  • Passion for learning, motivated by continuous learning and improvement
  • Nice-to-have: experience with more than one listed CAD software
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of BIM coordination platforms such as Revizto, Autodesk Forma or Navisworks
  • Nice-to-have: understanding of BIM execution planning and digital project delivery methodologies
  • Nice-to-have: construction industry knowledge
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering would be an asset, but is not required
  • Engineering and/or construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply
