About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the vision and roadmap for large-scale data products.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize the backlog.
  • Ensure governance, privacy, and security across solutions.
  • Coordinate projects end to end, tracking schedules, costs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) with local and international teams.
  • Serve as the interface between business, technology, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and adoption of the tools developed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing technology products or complex data projects.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, BI, Big Data, or AI.
  • Experience in digital transformation or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of GCP, Power BI, Salesforce, data modeling, APIs, and ETL/ELT.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Advanced/fluent English.
