About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the front end and back end of web applications
- Work with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments
- Deliver new development projects
- Understand and maintain existing codebases
- Debug applications and front-end code using the IDE and browser developer tools (F12)
- Develop Web APIs with .NET Core
- Work with messaging, observability/logging, non-relational databases, CI/CD, cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with front-end development using Angular 2+ or React
- Proficiency in delivering new development projects, understanding existing codebases, and debugging applications and front-end code using the IDE and browser developer tools (F12)
- [Required] Experience developing .NET Core Web APIs
- Experience with Entity Framework, dependency injection, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and unit testing
- [Required] Experience with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, or Kafka; RabbitMQ preferred
- [Required] Experience with distributed systems, including interacting microservices
- Experience with observability/logging tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment
- Experience with at least three cloud services/tools, such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, SQS, SNS, or EC2
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with or knowledge of Azure DevOps
