About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements to be addressed through systems support
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business problems and objectives
- Analyze, negotiate, and specify requirements
- Develop scenarios and build prototypes for system changes
- Map processes and data models
- Evaluate integration among the company’s various systems
- Monitor and support system development by clarifying developers’ questions and supplementing specifications
