About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in onboarding and implementation meetings for new clients, supporting their technical and functional execution
Provide customer support for platform usage and API integrations
Support the team and clients with questions about banking workflows, including account opening, TED, Pix, validations, and business rules
Explain integration logic and endpoints, guiding clients on how to consume the APIs
Assist with usage documentation and customer guidance, including workflows, manuals, and FAQs
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations to track and unblock implementation-related requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with banking products, including account opening, Pix, TED, transfers, and banking operations
Strong communication skills for working with clients and leading meetings
Knowledge of REST APIs, including endpoints, GET/POST/PUT/DELETE methods, payloads/JSON, token- or API key-based authentication, and the ability to read technical documentation
Analytical and organized profile, with a strong problem-solving focus
Experience as a functional, product, or implementation analyst
Experience with fintechs, banks, payment services, or banking platforms
Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia
Experience with customer onboarding or technical Customer Success/Implementation
Basic understanding of integrations with ERPs, gateways, or payment systems
Knowledge of Open Finance, where applicable to the product
