Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and APIs, primarily using Node.js and Nest.js
Participate in technical and architectural decisions related to applications and integrations
Design and implement scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions
Drive the evolution of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems
Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems through APIs
Implement and enhance messaging, event-driven, and asynchronous processing solutions
Analyze metrics and identify performance improvement opportunities
Apply caching, parallelism, and processing optimization strategies
Implement resilience and fault-tolerance patterns
Contribute to the modernization and migration of applications to cloud-native services
Implement and enhance logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, and alerting capabilities
Support the implementation of scalability and auto-scaling strategies
Participate in the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and development process automation
Update libraries, frameworks, and dependencies to ensure application security, stability, and maintainability
Implement security and encryption best practices
Participate in defining test scenarios, quality strategies, and test automation
Troubleshoot, analyze incidents, and resolve issues in production environments
