About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of business continuity across 20 departments.
Transform existing documents into validated analyses, actionable plans, tested controls, and sustainable routines.
Develop an understanding of the company’s context, inventory documents and dependencies, identify gaps, and structure the work plan according to priorities and implementation waves.
Interview relevant business units, review policies and processes, align responsibilities and approval authorities, and prepare documents for internal validation.
Validate BIAs and risks, consolidate strategies, and create or review BCPs, COOPs, and procedures.
Validate interfaces with the DRP and track gaps and actions with their owners.
Support the operationalization of approved controls.
Coordinate the agreed-upon first testing cycle, consolidate evidence, and track remediation activities.
Transfer knowledge and routines to the relevant departments.
Work under the internal direction of the Security Office, with GRC quality assurance and alignment with the Master Plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior-level practical experience in business continuity management, including BIA, disruption risks, strategies, BCP, COOP, contingency procedures, and integration with DRP.
Responsible for information gathering, documentation, evidence collection, and follow-up under senior review.
Applied knowledge of ISO 22301 and its relevant national adoption, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, relating requirements, controls, and evidence to the applicable scope.
Systemic understanding of business, operations, and technology; ability to validate impacts, dependencies, and recovery objectives with business units and IT, including MTPD, RTO, RPO, and MBCO.
Experience with business continuity exercises and testing, crisis management, training, and knowledge transfer.
Executive communication, multidisciplinary facilitation, and evidence organization skills.
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Information Technology, Quality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Additional training in continuity, resilience, crisis management, or auditing is preferred.
Relevant certifications, such as CBCP (DRI) or CBCI (BCI), are preferred; certifications are not required cumulatively and do not replace practical experience.
Data analysis, dashboards, and reporting automation; Power BI, Alteryx, and Python are examples and are not cumulative requirements.
