About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze functional requirements with business teams and stakeholders
- Map, document, and propose improvements to corporate AS IS and TO BE processes
- Prepare functional documentation, business rules, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements-gathering meetings, and requirements-validation sessions
- Structure and document operational flows, integrations, and user journeys
- Support the design of functional solutions aligned with business needs and platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support development, QA, and stakeholder teams during implementation and user acceptance testing phases
- Maintain and organize project documentation and knowledge repositories
- Participate in defining and enhancing internal processes and documentation best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
- Experience gathering and specifying functional requirements
- Experience mapping, modeling, and redesigning business processes
- Experience preparing functional documentation and business rules
- Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, and process modeling
- Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence twice a week in the Glória area of Rio de Janeiro
