About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze functional requirements with business teams and stakeholders
Map, document, and propose improvements to corporate processes (AS IS and TO BE)
Prepare functional documentation, business rules, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
Lead discovery workshops, requirements-gathering meetings, and requirements validation sessions
Structure and document operational workflows, integrations, and user journeys
Support the design of functional solutions aligned with business needs and platform capabilities
Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Support development, QA, and stakeholder teams during implementation and user acceptance testing
Maintain and organize project documentation and knowledge repositories
Participate in defining and evolving internal processes and documentation best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
Experience gathering and specifying functional requirements
Experience mapping, modeling, and restructuring business processes
Experience preparing functional documentation and business rules
Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, and process modeling
Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) is a plus
Knowledge of system integrations and APIs is a plus
Experience with User Story Mapping and Design Thinking is a plus
