Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop backend APIs and services in Python
Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Write automated tests and support a culture of quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong production experience with Python
Experience with web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
Previous experience designing service architectures and REST APIs
Availability to work in a hybrid model
Experience with microservices and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Previous experience serving as a technical reference or technical lead
Contributions to the community (open source, talks, articles)
