About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations
- Translate business needs into process flows, functional designs, and system configurations
- Maintain standardized processes and documentation across multiple plants/sites
- Participate in ERP implementation activities, including testing, training, and deployment support
- Support Epicor Kinetic modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory, MRP, and Finance
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams on reporting, data validation, and issue resolution
- Assist plant operations teams in improving production reporting, data accuracy, and system adoption
- Support User Acceptance Testing, training sessions, and end-user documentation
- Track project tasks, action items, and follow-ups across implementation efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or manufacturing-related role preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (shop floor operations, inventory, or supply chain)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and translate business needs into structured documentation
- Internship or hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or system enhancements
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments or operations workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Willingness to travel 50–75% to support onsite implementations, training, and go-live activities
