About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the consolidation, analysis, and updating of department metrics, including participation, training hours, satisfaction, and investment
  • Assist with payment processes and controls, including tracking invoices, recording transactions, verification, and budget control
  • Support the management of internship and apprenticeship programs, including contract, documentation, deadline, and evaluation tracking, as well as coordination with educational institutions and integration agencies
  • Participate in the organization and delivery of onboarding for new employees, supporting logistics, materials, and monitoring the onboarding experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week as an intern (6 hours per day)
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Currently in the 3rd to 6th semester
  • Availability to commit to a two-year internship contract
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
