About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate cybersecurity program
  • Participate in defining and maintaining security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Support initiatives related to regulatory requirements and audits
  • Contribute to security indicators, metrics, and reports
  • Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives
  • Participate in defining information classification and protection strategies
  • Assess data leakage risks and propose preventive and detective controls
  • Support projects to implement and enhance Zero Trust models
  • Participate in initiatives involving ZTNA, IAM, and PAM
  • Conduct security requirements analyses for projects and solutions
  • Support Vulnerability Management initiatives, including risk assessment and remediation tracking
  • Support Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
  • Contribute to incident detection, analysis, and response processes
  • Support initiatives related to EDR and XDR

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in meetings
  • Solid experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams
  • Knowledge of Vulnerability Management
  • Knowledge of DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust and ZTNA
  • Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Protection, EDR, and XDR
  • Knowledge of Incident Response
  • Knowledge of Secure SDLC
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Fundamentals of hardening and infrastructure security
  • Understanding of security architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO 27001, OWASP ASVS, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, or Zero Trust Architecture (NIST 800-207)
  • Experience in regulated environments, the financial sector, or insurance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Qualys VMDR (preferred)
  • Knowledge of or experience with the Microsoft Defender Suite (preferred)
  • Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Purview DLP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of various SIEM tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of or experience with CrowdStrike or Netskope (preferred)
  • ISO 27001, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications (preferred)
