About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess low- and medium-complexity legal claims and support the analysis of matters of intermediate and high complexity
- Locate and analyze documents evidencing the contractual relationship and the customer relationship history throughout the term of the contract
- Engage the responsible departments to clarify facts alleged in legal proceedings and follow up on requests until all necessary information has been received
- Prepare legal opinions and case dossiers to support the handling of legal proceedings
- Ensure that all allegations presented by the plaintiff are fully clarified
- Monitor the case-support process with the partner law firm through final approval of the dossier
- Identify cases and propose improvements to operational processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a university degree in Law
- Experience in litigation
- Procedural analysis
- Experience with legal matters, drafting, and legal strategies
- Preferred: Knowledge of the regulation of insurance and private pension products
