About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain relationships with corporate clients by scheduling regular meetings and providing support to HR teams
- Maintain contracts in line with clients’ needs
- Increase clients’ promotion and use of the PJ Portal platform
- Participate in system acceptance testing for day-to-day requirements
- Deliver training on operational procedures and contracted coverage
- Monitor and control the department’s operational processes
- Customize relationship-management files for distribution to Vida PJ clients
- Track the department’s requests, contributing to monitoring activities and volume data analysis
- Ensure contractual and regulatory documents are properly stored in network folders
- Monitor BI dashboards showing the department’s operational metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience with corporate life insurance contracts
- Knowledge of life insurance regulations
- Time and priority management
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Project and process management, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
