About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct analyses, research, and monitoring of commercial performance indicators
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations covering sales, cancellations, retention, and other commercial processes
Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities based on data
Partner with business teams to understand requirements, formulate hypotheses, and deliver customized analytical solutions
Automate data collection, processing, and analysis workflows
Create and present sales reports for the commercial team and executives
Design and implement incentive strategies and sales promotion programs
Support the development of lists of commercial initiatives and actions to drive results
Lead tactical and strategic projects for the Commercial Division
Create dashboards to monitor campaigns, commercial initiatives, and KPIs
Provide back-office support to commercial managers and consultants
Support leadership in team development, analyses, and departmental projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic degree in Data, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in commercial analysis and planning
Proficiency with advanced analytical tools and expertise in sales management strategies
Ability to translate data analyses into practical, actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams
Experience in commercial intelligence
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of automation, data interpretation, and data visualization tools
Advanced knowledge of Power BI
Advanced experience creating dashboards
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Certifications or additional training in commercial planning strategies are valued
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
