About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing analyses and recommendations for business decisions
- Monitor and analyze commercial, sales, revenue, retention, cancellation, and other strategic KPIs
- Support the definition and execution of the commercial strategy through the collection, consolidation, and analysis of information
- Analyze the performance of Life, Credit Life, and Pension products, identifying sales gaps, expansion opportunities, and corrective actions
- Develop sales projections and scenarios based on historical data, market trends, and strategic initiatives
- Produce management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven actions aligned with commercial and strategic objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and the generation of strategic insights
- Experience preparing market studies, conducting competitive analysis, and developing forward-looking scenarios
- Proficiency in data analysis and information visualization tools, such as Power BI and advanced Excel or similar platforms
- Experience creating executive presentations for senior leadership
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to collaborate with different business areas and influence stakeholders in cross-functional environments
