About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and provide guidance for Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects
- Lead Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste
- Apply continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Manage the improvement project portfolio, ensuring governance and tracking results
- Map, model, analyze, and redesign end-to-end organizational processes
- Lead process discovery, validation, and improvement workshops
- Develop RACI matrices and define roles and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, and optimize processes
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop management dashboards and executive reports
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Create analytical models using advanced Excel and related tools
- Develop executive presentations for leadership and senior management
- Support communication and engagement strategies related to the department's projects
- Identify process automation opportunities
- Prioritize and monitor the automation pipeline
- Promote BPM, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement best practices
- Participate in defining methodologies, standards, and governance for the Process Office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
