About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop software applications and integrations, including system development, implementation, and maintenance
- Design and plan the development or acquisition of systems
- Define architectures aligned with business requirements and optimize technology resources
- Assess feasibility and develop information systems to streamline or automate processes
- Gather data and define methods and resources for system implementation or modification
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented systems
- Reassess procedures, manuals, and work methods and recommend more effective solutions
- Research and evaluate systems available on the market, analyzing their cost-effectiveness
- Train and support users in the use of systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Programming, or a related discipline
- Experience developing applications using PL/SQL
- Experience supporting applications using Oracle Database
- Experience developing with Oracle Forms
- Experience generating, processing, and manipulating CSV files
- Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Middleware suite
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements
- Knowledge of version control tools, such as Azure DevOps and/or Git
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as XP, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Knowledge of unit, integration, and/or performance testing
