About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Oracle E-Business Suite applications as an experienced hands-on EBS technical resource
Lead and manage an international team of 4 technical/functional EBS resources across regions and time zones
Manage workload, priorities, resource planning, time-zone coverage, and handoffs
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and career development for 4 direct reports
Review and approve technical and functional deliverables
Ensure consistent working practices and knowledge-sharing across the distributed team
Deliver work assigned through a ticket system and/or practice projects to timeline and scope
Resolve technical challenges through team-based problem solving
Provide partial ownership of Oracle Configurator support
Deliver high-quality technical work across varying levels of complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior/expert knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports 12c
Senior/expert knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i, R12, and R12.2
Senior/expert knowledge of Oracle Database 11g through 19c
Ability to reverse-engineer poorly documented code and processes
Expert PL/SQL capability, including APIs, interfaces, and application extensions
Partial ownership of Oracle Configurator support, including new item setup, pricing/quoting configuration, and Java-based Configurator extensions
Knowledge of implementation/upgrade methodologies
Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud and similar BI toolsets
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud
Excellent/clear communication skills
Solid and proven interpersonal, team, and collaborative skills
At least 5+ senior-level Oracle EBS functional implementations
Expertise in at least 2 tracks: Financials, Supply Chain, Distribution, CRM, or Manufacturing
Experience defining systems strategy, gathering/documenting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client user training
Understanding of Oracle Hyperion EPM data and technical structure
Database knowledge and/or capability
Good understanding of Oracle Edge applications and basic technical skills
Project management skills and experience
Objective-oriented, performance-oriented problem solver
