About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide hardware, software, mobile device, and communication support to staff onsite and remotely as needed
  • Monitor and make system updates/modifications for the Credit Union's computer systems
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of user account management within Active Directory and various systems
  • Research, modify, test, and install hardware and software additions or replacements
  • Maintain company documentation standards for issue tracking and end-user support
  • Write concise, informative tickets and follow up on all tickets to resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of similar or related experience preferred
  • Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification preferred
  • Training or transferable skills will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management
  • Monday–Friday availability from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Participate in on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotational basis
