About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing programs to generate quality free trials that result in new customers in the Agency vertical
  • Manage and report on the marketing and sales funnel, including volume at every stage, conversion rates, and velocity from inquiry to sold
  • Build and manage a demand generation program calendar
  • Integrate email, webinars, live and virtual events, social media, review sites, influencers, digital marketing, gift marketing, and chat
  • Identify and test new channels for target audiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of target markets and buyers
  • Partner with Content Marketing, SEO, PR, and social teams on content, offers, and demand plans
  • Represent demand generation plans to sales teams, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Solicit stakeholder input on campaign requirements and performance
  • Align demand generation activities with company branding and awareness strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven B2B SaaS experience building and executing measurable, high-impact demand generation programs, ideally within a high-volume, self-serve, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) model
  • Experience creating marketing programs to drive demand within marketing agencies
  • Demonstrated results improving volume, conversion, and velocity through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Deep understanding and experience with lead generation, nurture tactics, buyer personas, lead scoring, and other key B2B marketing principles
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), customer relationship management tools (Salesforce preferred), and data visualization tools (Looker Studio preferred)
  • Experience managing third-party relationships with publications or agencies
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to write and edit marketing copy
  • Strategy, project management, budget management, and financial skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others with and without formal authority, and build partnerships within the organization
  • Obsession with metrics; ability to monitor campaign results, report, and optimize campaigns
  • Expected to leverage AI platforms to streamline operations, solve complex problems, and stay ahead of industry benchmarks
