About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own core ad platform or CRM integration domains end to end
  • Define and align integrations with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships
  • Improve existing integrations beyond MVP by filling functional gaps and expanding data coverage
  • Own customer discovery, connection, configuration, and troubleshooting experiences
  • Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Set product strategy and align Partnerships, business strategy, and customer input across the organization
  • Partner with the other integrations PM on data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party API patterns
  • Monitor partner roadmaps and privacy and measurement changes
  • Identify and prioritize AI improvements such as intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data, and self-healing syncs
  • Shape integration data for AI agents and assistants
  • Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback
  • Sequence new work against fixes and migrations, including bugs and reliability improvements
  • Partner with Voice Assist and other product teams that depend on integrations
  • Work with Product Design on setup, authentication, field mapping, error, and reconnection experiences
  • Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical context
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption
  • Turn Support ticket patterns into prioritized work and provide workarounds
  • Represent the integrations domain in planning, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Use Claude and other AI tools daily for research, specifications, data analysis, prototyping, and internal workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day practice, including using AI tools for research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping
  • Track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end
  • Martech experience is preferred
  • Strong technical fluency, including reading API documentation, reasoning about data models and auth flows, and scoping edge cases
  • Knowledge of rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes
  • Experience managing product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing
  • Experience building product surfaces that other product teams depend on
  • Ability to prioritize across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
  • Experience working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing
  • Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, and Figma
  • Nice to have: ad platform measurement, CRM data models and lifecycle, AI-powered features in production, MCP, agent frameworks, AI-consumption APIs, marketing technology, communications tools, call tracking ecosystems, public APIs, and developer experience tools
